CarThermalNightVision (carthermalnightvision.com) is an authorized information resource and independent reseller guide for Robofinity automotive thermal night vision products. All purchases are processed through the official Robofinity Shopify store. This return and refund policy applies exclusively to customers who purchase Robofinity brand products via the official Robofinity website.
Eligible Countries
This policy applies to customers in the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, and Japan.
15-Day Return Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase – whether due to a defect or change of mind – you have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted (warranty coverage applies instead).
How to Request a Return
All return and refund requests must be submitted directly to Robofinity customer support. Please refer to your order confirmation email or the Robofinity website for the official support contact. You will need to provide your order number, email address used at checkout, reason for return, and clear photos/videos showing product condition and SN code (if applicable). Return Conditions
- New or gently used: Products may be opened, tested, or used briefly but must be free from intentional damage, abuse, or missing components.
- Original packaging: Return the product in its original packaging with all included accessories (e.g., lens, screen, AI Box, cables).
- Proof of purchase: Order number or email used at checkout is required.

Refund Process
After Robofinity’s warehouse completes final inspection, refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method. Partial refunds apply for missing parts or user-induced damage.
Warranty (After 15 Days)
If more than 15 days have passed since delivery, your purchase is covered by Robofinity’s 1-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects. Warranty claims must be submitted through the official Robofinity support channel.
No Restocking Fee
No restocking fees are charged for any returns or exchanges.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted. For defects, Robofinity covers shipping both ways. For customer preference (wrong configuration), you pay return shipping of the original item; the replacement ships free.
