CarThermalNightVision (carthermalnightvision.com) is an authorized information resource and independent reseller guide for Robofinity automotive thermal night vision products. We provide product information, compatibility guidance, and links to the official Robofinity Shopify store where purchases are completed. These Terms of Service govern your use of our informational website only. For purchases and warranty services, the official Robofinity terms apply.

Warranty & Repair (Official Robofinity Policy)
Customers who purchase Robofinity‑branded products through official Robofinity channels (including the official website, authorized dealers, or authorized sellers on platforms such as Amazon) are eligible for warranty service under the terms set by Robofinity. Purchases from unauthorized third parties do not qualify for warranty. To verify whether a seller is authorized, please refer to Robofinity's official "Where to Buy" page. As an informational site, we do not process warranty claims directly.

Warranty Period
If an issue is discovered within the first 15 days of receipt, please refer to the Robofinity Return and Refund Policy for a full refund or exchange. After the 15‑day return period, the standard 1‑year limited warranty applies. Robofinity warrants that its products are free from materials and workmanship defects for one year from the date of receipt under normal use. Free repair is provided for non‑human‑caused failures or damage during normal usage within the warranty period.

Proof of purchase (order number or email address used at checkout) is sufficient to verify warranty eligibility. No physical warranty card is required.

If a hardware defect arises within the warranty period, Robofinity will, at its option: (1) repair the product free of charge using new or refurbished parts; or (2) replace it with a new or refurbished product. The replacement assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 60 days from replacement, whichever is longer.

Non‑Warranty Scope
The warranty does not cover:
1. Damage after the 1‑year period;
2. Consumables and accessories;
3. Failure caused by not following the user manual;
4. Damage from abnormal usage conditions;
5. Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification;
6. Force majeure events;
7. Issues not related to original design, manufacturing, or quality.

Warranty Service Instructions
To obtain warranty service, customers must contact Robofinity support (refer to your order confirmation email for official contact details) before sending any product. If a return is required, the product must be sent within 7 calendar days after confirmation. Customers should back up any data before returning the product.

Robofinity will inspect the returned product and determine liability. If covered under warranty, Robofinity bears repair and shipping costs. If not covered, customers may choose to pay for repairs or have the product returned. Shipping costs for warranty service are handled as follows:

• Manufacturing defect (within warranty): Robofinity covers shipping both ways.
• Out of warranty (user damage, wear and tear): Customer pays shipping to Robofinity; return shipping is covered by Robofinity after repair fees are paid.
• No defect found: Customer pays round‑trip shipping.

Responsibility for Shipping Issues
Customers are responsible for providing correct return addresses. If a package is lost during return shipping, we recommend using a trackable carrier and purchasing shipping insurance for high‑value items. If the package is lost after being signed for by Robofinity's warehouse, Robofinity assumes responsibility.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved by contacting Robofinity support. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may submit to binding arbitration in Hong Kong under HKIAC rules.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robofinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of their products or website. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Intellectual Property
All content on the official Robofinity website (including text, graphics, logos, and images) is the property of ROBOFINITY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and protected by copyright laws. Content on CarThermalNightVision is either original or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from the respective rights holders.

Prohibited Conduct
By using this website, you agree not to: (a) use the site for any illegal purpose; (b) upload viruses or malicious code; (c) attempt unauthorized access to our systems; (d) harass or abuse other users.

Modifications to Terms
