Shipping Destinations
Robofinity offers worldwide shipping. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact Robofinity customer support (refer to your order confirmation email for details). The 15‑day return policy applies only to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, and Japan. For all other countries, returns are accepted only for defective products under the 1‑year warranty.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and may vary by location. These are estimates and actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance or unforeseen delays.

Free Shipping Eligibility
Free standard shipping applies to the following countries: United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and territories), Canada, Australia, and United Kingdom.
